Enhance Osteopathy (formerly Simply Well) has been providing osteopathic care in the northern suburbs of Melbourne for more than 20 years. The practice was founded by Dr Margaret Matthews, Osteopath who was the head of the osteopathic department at RMIT for many years. Our osteopaths are dedicated to ensuring you feel safe and make informed decisions about your health care.

Osteopathy is a holistic manual therapy & our osteopaths use hands-on techniques to try to help you heal. Practitioners study at university for five years in courses such as anatomy, physiology, pathology and other biomedical sciences. Overall osteopathy is based on the idea that if the body's tissues are in the right anatomical position they will be better able to heal themselves.

Having treated patients for over fifteen years, initially as a Remedial Massage Therapist and then as an Osteopath, Tiffany took over the clinic from Margaret Matthews almost six years ago and is the owner and principal practitioner at Enhance Osteopathy in Heidelberg.She co-treated with Marg during the handover, when the clinic was called Simply Well, and now manages many of her patients.
