Nicola has completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Chinese Medicine, a certified course in Dr Manaka's Japanese Acupuncture Protocols, a Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies and a Bachelor of Fine Art, majoring in Printmaking. Art school cultivates technique, observation and practice.
These qualities have continued in Nicola's exploration of Shiatsu (Japanese acupressure massage), various acupuncture techniques, Chinese Medicine Herbs and endless further study.The Australian Shiatsu College provided an integrated experiential learning of the foundations of Chinese Medicine. Nicola learned how Chinese Medicine principles are recognised and treated with bodywork.

Kristen has been a part of the Quiescence family for many years now. She started her time with us as a student, coming in for observations while studying at Southern School of Natural Therapies and quickly became a loved part of the team. We found her friendly, grounding nature a pleasure to be around and Kristen continued to work for us on reception and as a massage therapist whilst juggling study and being a new mum.
