Our team philosophy is to create and develop a foundation for children that promotes and inspires sound values, self worth and integrity through the enjoyment of swimming. Swim 1 is a family owned swim school operated by Advanced (Silver Licenced) coach Chris Spencer. We're based only a few streets away from the beach in Coolum on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
We conduct learn to swim classes from 6 months through to squad development levels, adult lessons, and stroke correction. We also conduct Magna Therapy sessions and H2O Magnafit Workouts. We are a registered Swim Australia Swim School, with fully qualified and highly experienced staff. Our pool is a fully enclosed 15 metre, indoor heated pool, all with the health benefits of a magnesium mineral salt system and ozone.
