Terrible experience. They gave my dog back sopping wet and we so disorganised couldnt even find the booking when I first arrived. I will not be returning and would not recommend you take your pets there

After a bad experience of being overcharged a few years ago, I decided to give them another chance - support local and all that. Booked my boy in today for a full groom and the cut is terrible. We were charged extra for being late and told if we didn’t hurry up, the owner would take our dog with him and we’d have to collect from a different… location. We acknowledged we were running late and were literally around the corner ( school traffic). The owner was rude and condescending, which is really disappointing. Happy to take my money elsewhere again from now on. I do not recommend

Absolutely the worse groom I have ever seen in my life in my opinion. BEFORE AND AFTER... YOU JUDGE FOR YOURSELF, WHAT DO YOU THINK? The picture on the left is how our dog always looks after a groom in the… first few weeks. The two pictures on the right show his half shaved testicles, strands of hair that were just hanging everywhere from his body that just appeared missed totally ....and finally his face which clearly shows half his face has been clipped right off, one ear is 1 cm longer and he has lost totally the look synonymous with the breed.

Had a very unfortunate experience with the dog groomers this week. Appalling cut. The hack job my dog received has left him with lopsided ears, one side of his face shaved off, tufts of long pieces of hair on his legs, track marks on his body from the clippers &
half shaved testicles. I have had to contact other groomers to see if they can at least even out the cut until his hair grows back. Personally I would absolutely not recommend this grooming company.

Chen and the team at Hairy Tails are absolutely amazing. We had been taking our dog Harvey there for the last couple of years and every time he would come back looking adorable and completely relaxed. Unfortunately Harvey isnt with us anymore but we want to thank you from the bottom of our heart for always looking after our boy.

I would not recommend. My King Charles cavalier had the whiskers on his right side completely clipped. There are still patches of fur sticking out that was missed but the worst part is he is almost bald when he only needed a slight clip. Nails weren’t trimmed and I was rushed out of said *salon* I’ve contacted the groomers to educate them I guess (?) but they were not helpful and there was no way I was bringing my fur baby back there. My dog is traumatised. Contact me if you would like pictures.
