Do you groom anxious or difficult pets?

Yes, our team specialises in stress-free techniques for nervous animals. We create calm environments and use gentle handling to ensure even anxious pets receive safe, comfortable grooming.

This place is amazing!! I happened to have a full on week of life and on the Saturday morning I did not hear my alarm to get to our appointment on time. We rushed the cats to them (an hour late, I couldn't believe it) and the staff were soooo understanding and were still able to fit us in. You wouldn't get this kind of empathy and understanding at many places these days and this is why I will 100% return (& not be late!) and recommend them every time. So thankful for them and our girls are feeling so much better after a wonderful groom, ready to start the new year off right! Thanks again Bow
