Welcome to Early Steps Child Care Centre, a privately owned 95 place centre in the heart of Para Vista. As the saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child", we would like the families and the whole community to be partners in the education of the children in our care. As a child care service provider with an inclusive policy, we welcome all children, their families and friends.
Our community is vibrant and diverse, our curriculum is open and play-based, our program is inclusive, and our learning is enriched by the diversity of the families in the community. Our aim is to continue to build positive and meaningful relationships with the children and their families, and to provide a high quality education and care experiences, through a challenging yet stimulating, well-equipped, safe, friendly and fun environment.

Early Steps child care is dedicated to delivering quality education and learning in a loving care environment for your children. We offer a range of educational experiences and activities that are fun, exciting and challenging in a warm, caring environment. Our program is based on the Early Years Learning Framework and observations which provide individual reports for all children.
Our Curriculum

Early Steps Child Care Centre provides a play-based learning environment for children aged 8 weeks - school age. The curriculum encompasses all the interactions, routines and experiences in their environment.
Through close relationships, the voice of each child and their families can be listened to, information gathered, analysed and reflected upon, and changes strategically and thoughtfully planned, as collaboratively, a meaningful curriculum is developed for each child.We recognise that families are central to a child's learning therefore we will actively seek families input into our daily programme.
