You will need to provide relevant information to the Centre e.g. Centrelink info, Immunisation, Medical Info etc. All other questions can be answered by the Centre Director in relation to your start dates and availability. Payment may be made by Direct Debit or Credit Card (surcharges apply to credit card transactions).
