I've reached out to them several times over the past couple of days to ask for general assistance with a few household items but I've been met with an unwillingness to assist. Quite rude over the phone as well. No idea why.

They were punctual, gave me a quote and I was told if this didn't work I was given another possible scenario and possible cost. I have and will continue to use the company.

I had Morgan Electrics & Gas come out to fix my oven. The service they provided was absolutely amazing. They were on time, they knew excatly what was wrong straight away, they had the parts in there van so it could be fixed straight away. Thank you Morgan Electrics for fantastic service. My son & daughter in law organised Dean to come out to my home to check out why the central heating wasnt working. We were given a quote straight up including the part which was reasonably expensive... then waited for part to arrive. Upon their second visit, it was discovered the expensive part wasnt required - a loose wire was the culprit & was refitted without the need for the expensive part. I am extremely happy that the guys at Morgan Electrics were up front & HONEST in that the new part wasnt required & I was only charged for the work theyd completed. Highly recommend!!! Love

We’ve used Morgan Electrics many times. Always great service and friendly staff. I called them this morning to ask if somebody could come and fix my oven....it was fixed by the end of the day! 🤗 Highly recommend them! 👍🏼
