Rang around fridge not working, rather than come out and charge me they told me what to do to make it work again (defrost 48 hours). Very much appreciate the helpfulness and honesty, would definitely use this service for any future repairs.

A difficult company to deal with. Expensive too; most companies include the first 15-30 minutes in their call out fee. Needs decent competition and attitudes might change. I see from other reviews that their responses are targeted. Dont deal with them and youll not have a problem!

I've been using Julian's for nearly 30 years & always had great, friendly & good value service. I hate modern throw away attitudes, love getting things fixed & they have kept assorted bits & pieces working for me for years, both as a former business owner & now privately, & they have always been honest with me about when it really is time to give up & buy something new!! Thanks Sam for saving my wonderful 40yo oven & fixing the stove last week. Keep up the good work

Terrible customer service. We had a technician come out to assess a dryer for repair in spring 2020. We were told there would be a call out fee payable on the day. On the day the technician said they were not equipped to take in home payments and that we would have to call to arrange payment. After receiving our quote we decided to not go ahead with the repair and called the business to inform them as such and pay the call out fee. This time we were told they were unable to take phone payments and an invoice would be mailed out to us. We waited and waited for an invoice and eventually forgot about

I am not an abusive person.Pleading with a company to be listened to is not abuse. I've been treated very unfairly by this company. They entered my property without my consent. I was not informed by them or the real estate agent that they were coming and then was expected to pay a call out fee and emailed a quote. I called them to explain how unfair this was on me and they hung up on me and refused my request to have the call out fee reduced or removed. You will be up for a $140 call out fee if you proceed with them I the contacted appliances online. Absolutely fantastic. Removal, new installation
