Conveyancing Services was established in 1986 and our Licensed Conveyancers are qualified to advise you in relation to all types of real estate and property conveyancing. We complete all the legal work associated with the transfer of property - Residential, Mortgages, Industrial, Rural, Land, Commercial, Vacant Land & Strata.

At this time, Conveyancing was primarily only available through solicitors firms. Conveyancing Services was at the forefront of the battle in NSW Parliament to have Conveyancers licensed in NSW to provide a viable alternative to the previously solicitor dominated monopoly. A lengthy battle finally resulted in the passing of the Conveyancers Licensing Act 1992.

The review can be done either face to face at our Newcastle or Maitland offices, or via email, whatever is easiest for you!
