Terrible experience, fault with rug ordered. Sydney rugs avoided every way possible to brush this under the carpet. Now they are ignoring all correspondence, buyers beware.

The rugs themselves are fabulous. The delivery to Melbourne a shambles. From the time of purchase you are expected to be home 24/7. No notification, no alert, no advice of delivery despite continuous communication with the Sydney office. The rugs arrived today. The delivery person did not understand instruction to enter my apartment complex. The result was me greeting him in a bath towel with dripping wet hair and making a complete exhibition of myself in front of fellow owners. There is can automatic leave it at the door policy. Hopeless
