We recently purchased engineered oak flooring and carpet from Carpet Town. The customer service from Ken and his team was exceptional. We had just moved home from overseas and bought a house at Castle Hills with no floors so we did not have access to allow Carpet Town to measure . They allowed us to use our own measurements as we wanted the floor laid ASAP once we had the keys. The floor is beautiful and installed very Professionally. The carpet are also lovely and exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would change about the experience would be to have Carpet Town assess the house in advance

From the first moment I met Ken I knew that this was going to be an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I trusted his advice. Now I have beautiful new hybrid flooring in my main living areas and plush carpet in the bedrooms. Ken's quote was the only one that I obtained as I was surprised but delighted with how cost effective the job was going to be. And, I wanted to support a local independent business also.
Jerry, who laid the flooring , is a most delightful & respectful young man who worked extremely hard over 2 days and completed a beautiful job. Adam & Ali,
