Been renting through ReMax Colonial since December 2019 till present and both myself and my housemate are very pleased with our Property manager. Theyre very professional and attentive to any maintenance thats required, nothing is a problem. If we could give them a higher rating, we would rate them 10/10.

All the other reviews about RE/Max's inaction towards their criminal tenants are all true. All the disadvantaged tenants should get in touch with each others and file a lawsuit against RE/MAX. They take these criminal renters under their wings and bed and aid them. Whether you're a drug dealer, a drug lab, a full-on addict or a domestic violence offender. They seem to protect these law breakers and leave those of us affected by their criminal renters in danger, tears, and burdened financially by having to break our leases or eventually pack up and leave to a better place.
