I was introduced to Andy and Angela via one of my neighbours few years back. We had our property listed by a different agent and they could not get anything across the line. The introduction was somewhat random, but very insightful and productive. As we were unable to sell the property, we allowed Andy & Angela handle the property for rentals and they hit the nail in the right spot. Professional is an understatement for Andy, as he often go whole heartedly above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Hes been looking after our investment property for couple of years and weve never had any concerns. One of the biggest risks with our property is its maintenance, Andy has definitely been a star - super responsive to the tenants and responsible for us by ensuring quality work done in a timely manner while keeping the cost low.
