Classic motel rooms, super clean and affordable. Just a hop skip and jump to the beach and Main Street. Incredibly lovely people running this place, they made the whole experience 10/10. Would recommend this place to absolutely anyone visiting the bay

Great place to stay. Short walk to the Main Street etc. friendly owners and the rooms are super clean. Plus, theres a resident koala in the tree out the front!!

I had the pleasure of spending 2 nights in one of the apartments at the Beachcombers. The room was clean and spacious, comfy bed, great shower with plenty of pressure. The location was perfect, a 2 minute walk to the main strip and the rates were very reasonable. The only thing better than all that was the great staff! A family run business who were very accomodating and helpful. Thanks again to the Cooney Family, I'll definitely be back!

I went there with my friends and it was one of the best experience i ever had.... everyone was really nice.... if i could give more than 5 star i would love to.... i would recommend everyone and room was clean and all and all it was amazing experience

Very comfortable stay, my husband and I was greeted and accomated by friendly Lindie and her husband, very nice people, the room was perfect, everything we need was there. We will surely come back when we will visit great ocean road again.

Had such a pleasure staying here over the weekend. Great location - close to the Main Street but just off so its quite and tranquil.
Rooms - clean, renovated, cosy. Had a very enjoyable and comfortable sleep. Has an A/C and a ceiling fan, tv, fridge, kettle etc. Was perfect for us. Service - wonderful. The hotel is run by a retired couple who are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! We will be coming back.

My wife and I love visiting this motel. Apollo Bay is about 110 km from Geelong and 150 km from Warrnambool making it a wonderful place to base yourself to explore the wonders of the Great Ocean Road. Alison and Chris are delightful hosts and their motel is convenient to all that Apollo Bay has to offer, while being a couple of block back from the main road. The rooms are quiet, clean, cosy and comfortable, as well as great value for money. I highly recommend The Beachcomber for anyone venturing down to this beautiful part of the world.
