I have a bad pet urine stain on carpet at a rental property. I sought Rick's advice on as to whether the stain could be removed or whether I'd need to replace the carpet. Rick responded promptly [within 5 mins] of my initial contact and was honest that it was a permanent stain. I really appreciated his expert straight and honest advice it saved me potential money wasted trying to clean as now I know what I'll need to do. Thanks Rick! you are awesome.
