Handmade Rugs
Our hand-knotted rugs combine traditional weaving techniques with contemporary design. Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans using premium natural fibres. Available in Persian, tribal, and modern styles, these durable rugs add luxury to any space while maintaining cultural authenticity through intricate patterns and quality construction.
Custom Designs
Create unique floor coverings tailored to your specifications. Our designers collaborate with clients to develop custom patterns, colours, and dimensions. This service caters to both residential and commercial projects, ensuring each rug complements specific interior requirements while maintaining the brand's signature quality and craftsmanship standards.
Rug Cleaning
Specialised rug maintenance using traditional deep-cleaning methods. Our technicians employ hot water extraction and non-toxic solutions to remove embedded dirt without damaging fibres. The process includes stain treatment, deodorisation, and air drying to restore rugs to their original condition while preserving their longevity and appearance.
Rug Repair
Comprehensive rug restoration services address moth damage, fraying edges, and structural issues. Techniques include fringe replacement, hole reweaving, and border reinforcement. Each repair maintains the rug's original character while extending its lifespan through professional techniques performed by experienced technicians using appropriate materials.
Persian Rugs
Authentic Persian rugs featuring traditional tribal patterns and motifs. These handcrafted pieces showcase intricate designs passed down through generations. Made with premium wool and silk materials, they combine historical artistry with modern durability requirements. Each rug undergoes quality checks to ensure authenticity and adherence to ethical production standards.

I purchased a rug from Alex over a year ago. The quality of this rug has remained in perfect condition. Months after purchasing this rug, Alex still contacted me to see how it was all going. I have never experienced such amazing service. They genuinely care about their clients and I will continue to recommend Silk Road handmade rugs to all my friends and family. Thank you very much Alex and team.

We purchased a beautiful silk rug from Alex earlier in the year. The quality of the rug is faultless. Not only do we love the rug but we were extremely impressed with Alex's professionalism, excellent service and thorough knowledge of all the different rugs that they have on offer. The 3 day trial in our home was also great as it did help with our decision making. Even after the purchase we were told that they will be able to assist with future rug cleaning or maintenance if required. If you are looking to purchase a new rug think of Silk Road Rugs. They really went beyond our service expectations
