Spencer may be good before, as I called him after read all the reviews, but, unfortunately, he is not anymore. I called him due to my double drawers dishwasher has water leak at bottom, he came and spent 1 hour replaced my top drawer drain hose, he charged me $178 and said problem fixed. 20 minutes later we tried to use the dishwasher and found out the water leak back again. I called him, no answer until day after I called him again he said he will back to check in 2 days but I need to pay parts cost and I agreed. Then he came back after 2 days said problem is from another drain hose, he replaced

North Shore Appliance Repairs were fabulous. Spencer arrived right on time, bought a laptop to diagnose the problem and had it all fixed in half an hour. The cost was very reasonable and no bumping up prices for new parts. I highly recommend them.

I contacted North Shore Appliance Repairs after our fridge stopped working on Friday afternoon(don't they always) After my first call, Sue rang back to confirm that Spencer could come on Saturday morning between 9.30 and 11.30. Spencer arrived at 10.15 and was gone by 10.50, having replaced the de-frost element. One of the better repair experiences we've had. Highly recommended.
