Established in Kawana in 2006, we expanded to Bribie Island in 2007 and Birtinya in 2023, combining generational expertise with modern techniques. Transform your ideas into unique creations using advanced CAD technology. Our jewellers provide 3D proofs and handcrafted production for engagement rings, pendants, and statement pieces. Every design undergoes meticulous consultation to ensure personal significance and technical precision, with production times starting from four weeks.
Jewellery Repairs
Revive damaged pieces through expert resizing, rejoining, and claw repairs. Basic chain fixes take one week while complex reconstructions require one to three weeks. All repairs include obligation-free quotes, with optional tracked postage services for remote customers requiring secure item handling.
Melt & Roll
Convert unwanted gold or silver into new bangles or rings using our in-house refining process. This service preserves metal value while creating contemporary designs. Customers receive design consultations to optimise material usage and achieve desired aesthetics through professional metalworking techniques.
Valuations
Obtain professional assessments for insurance or sale purposes. Our offsite valuation process takes one to two weeks, conducted by certified specialists. We provide detailed documentation including material analysis, craftsmanship evaluation, and current market value estimations for both modern and heritage pieces.
Ring Resizing
Modify ring sizes up or down in all precious metals with precision fitting. This service accommodates design complexity and metal type, completed within one week using specialist tools. Our process begins with a free consultation where you share ideas or sketches. We create CAD drawings for approval before crafting, with production taking 3-4 weeks after finalising designs.
What jewellery repair services are available?
We offer resizing, chain rejoining, stone setting, rhodium plating, and heirloom restoration. Basic repairs take one week, complex work up to three weeks depending on requirements.
Can I repurpose old jewellery through the Melt & Roll service?
Yes, we transform unwanted gold or silver into new bangles or rings while maintaining metal value through professional refining and reshaping techniques.

What are the store trading hours?
All locations operate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday until 3-3:30pm, and Sunday by appointment only at select branches.
