Harbord Bowling Club established in 1946, nestled amongst the back streets of Curl Curl and opposite John Fisher Park, is a well-renowned and popular bowling club on the Northern Beaches. As one of only two bowling clubs on the beaches that has four greens, it has a strong bowling and social membership and regularly holds world-class tournaments.
With a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, free on-site parking, function room, beer garden overlooking the greens, quality food and wine, it is your ideal venue for your next event. Our function room caters for groups from 10 - 200 including corporate events, team building days, birthdays, sporting and community groups, fundraising events and Weddings.

Members can enjoy our dining and function facilities. We offer Club TAB, Fox Sports, Club Keno, eftpos and credit card facilities, promotions, Friday night meat raffle, $20 Barefoot Bowls and happy hour discounted drinks. If you live within 5 kilometres of the club you are required by law to either become a member of the club or be signed into the club as a guest of a member in order to enjoy the facilities.

The Harbord Bowling Club is a leading club for Social and Competition Bowls on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, holding social bowls 3 days a week. The Bowls Office accepts entries for Men's Bowls from 9.30am until 11.00am on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The Club has bowls coaches who will introduce you to the green, show you how to bowl and explain the rules of the game - free of charge!

Our members range from beginners all the way up to State qualifying players. New members are always welcomed and will receive all the coaching and encouragement they need to get the most from this wonderful game. Our women's bowls days are on Wednesday and Friday starting any time after 8.30am and play at 9.30am followed by lunch at 12.30pm.

Whether it's a corporate fundraiser, cocktail party, wake or milestone birthday celebration, we have the perfect FUNCTION ROOM overlooking the greens and a selection of CATERING & ANTIPASTO GRAZING BOARD packages to suit your event. The expansive open area of the Harbord Bowling Club can be partitioned off to cater for 10 - 200 guests with an optional pop up bar for larger functions.

The Harbord Bowling Club is committed to supporting the community via a range of sponsorship activities, donating over $61, 000 cash & in-kind to a wide range of community clubs in 2017. Registered clubs are required to return a percentage of their earnings back to the community in the form of compulsory contributions.
