We have been busy making changes to the salon so our dog grooming area is very open and fun for the dogs to visit and more room for the dog groomers to work.

We have had an inrush of new clients contacting us this week due their old groomer closing down unanounced and not sure where to go! We will make sure we fit everyone in as quickly as we can and have been working back late all week for the people who traveled for their appointmaent and found the doors closed and the phone not answered.
Gateshead Salon

The grooming salon renovations are coming along nicely and we will be opening our booking system early next week and ready to open our doors early May. Our ooking system has a built in text messaging service which we use for booking reminders and is our primary client communication. All staff are ale to reply to messages on here and bookings can be made after hours.
Dog Grooming

Our mini groom service is perfect for in between your dogs full grooming appointments. A mini groom includes a wash, dry, nails, full brush out and then a tidy up around the face, sanitary and feet. We do not trim the body with a mini groom. Our full grooming service is perfect when your pooch needs a full haircut.
Deshedding
Report
Deshedding is what we recommend for all double coated dog breeds such as the German Shepard, Alaskan Malamute, Border Collie, Labrador and Golden Retriever. Because lots of the pooches that visit our grooming salon are crossed with other breeds, some dog owners are unsure whether to get their dog clipped short or to book in for a deshedding.
