Know your quote prices for delivery. We got caught out n charged extra for Driver new delivery price... which u were not aware of...PLUS we had to pay for Driver getting lost even though i instructed Him 3 times!!! Ended up costing Almost double for delivery ...Staff were lovely when we dropped in office to organize this but we were told we were… rude by Staff member on the phone for bringing this to their attention. Will not deal with Earthworx again ! Have just BOUGHT here n everyone soooo obliging but this has taught us a lesson. So much for the ol saying Customer always Right !
