We provide nationally recognised training courses and assessment for forklift and order picker licences & earthmoving machinery tickets. The Operator School has been servicing the industry since 1999.
With clients ranging from individual students to large national companies, we have the skills and knowledge required to help you qualify for your earthmoving machinery (skid steer, excavator, etc.) operator licences (now known as tickets or competency cards, following de-regulation), as well as forklift and order picker licences.

The Operator School is a Registered Training Organisation approved by the government (RTO No. 31513) delivering forklift licences and training to satisfy the needs of employers and trainees. We have been servicing Brisbane and the Gold Coast since 1999. Our Forklift (LF) training and licensing courses are nationally accredited.

Any paper licence holders who need to operate a forklift or order picker in the workplace will need to undertake further training to bring them up to current Australian standards and ensure they have knowledge of the current Legislation and Regulations. They will need to undertake reassessment and make a fresh application for a forklift licence on line with Work Health and Safety Qld.
Assessment Information

After you have completed your forklift and order picker training with The Operator School, you must successfully complete three units of assessment to obtain the paperwork necessary to facilitate the issuance of your forklift licence (order picker licence) in Queensland. You are permitted 2 attempts at each part of the assessment within the cost of your course, further costs will be incurred after this time.
Issuance of Licence
Report
Upon successful completion of our order picker or forklift driver's training courses, you will obtain a Nationally Recognised Licence. Whether you complete your order picker or forklift course in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth or elsewhere, the assessment requirements are the same. Forklift and order picker licences (otherwise known as tickets) are classed as High Risk Work Licences.
