When locals think of sausages, it's Mathie's Meat Shoppe that comes to mind. We were named National Sausage King champions three years in a row (Best Traditional Sausage in Australia) and were inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013. In 2016 we moved on from sausages for a year, claiming the Best Butcher's Burger in Australia with our Lamb Bush Burger.
Yet there's more to Mathie's than sausages! We've snagged South Australia's Best Full Rasher Bacon title for three years running and also produce award-winning leg ham, mettwurst, pepperoni and pastrami. All of our meat is fully processed on our premises. This includes cooking too, with our hams, mettwursts and other goods available straight out of the oven.

Located in the picturesque Clare Valley, Mathie's Meat Shoppe is owned and run by Jason and Delvene Mathie. Since taking over the business in 2008, they have put the Valley on the map, as the home of the Sausage Kings! Mathie's was crowned National Sausage King champions three times from 2011 to 2013 and is one of only six businesses inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Dunira Prime Lamb produces quality, country fresh prime lamb, all year round. They are a family owned and operated business, situated in the Clare Valley, SA. They pride ourselves on our premiere grazing pastures and their care & respect for their livestock. In 1975 John Greenslade, a second generation Riverton farmer who had spent his life on Ettrick Farm, had somewhat of a problem.
