At TWO BIRDS, our menu is seasonally adjusted to provide you with the freshest of ingredients, and we are mindful of our foot print on the planet at all times by sourcing our produce and supplies from the most ethical and sustainable producers around. We use as much recycled, organic, local and sustainable product as we can.
Our eggs come from the bums of happy, free-range chooks, our bread is all organic, our honey is natural and non heat treated and our fruit & veg is only sourced outside our local area if absolutely necessary. For years, Two Birds Caf has been the local corner shop tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Smith Street, offering residents and office-goers of Collingwood a quick coffee and take-away menu.
