We offer a remote support solution which we recommend for simple or quick to resolve issues. To be able to remotely access your PC and provide support, the affected PC requires internet connection. Remote support is charged at $17.05 per 6 minute increments. However, we do not recommend this option if your PC is infected with viruses or has hardware issues.
Workshop Repairs

We recommend bringing your computer into the Workshop if the problem is a Hardware issue, Virus /malware infection, Data transfer, Hardware or Software upgrades. As these repairs can take a long time it will be more cost effective for our customers if these repairs were done in-house rather than onsite.
