Oss responded promptly to request for assistance. He is meticulous and time conscious in his approach hence; providing a cost efficient solution. Whole process, from time of 1st contact to final resolution; was done and dusted in under 2 hours. Had attendance from Lanto as well, on prior occasion; with a similar approach.
