Dr Jamie Galbraith started Symmetry Orthodontics believing that the best orthodontic results come from a knowledgeable and caring orthodontic team. We are based on the Sunshine Coast and operate in a relaxed and welcoming environment with perfect views of Alexandra Headlands beach. The practice prides itself on its use of the latest materials and orthodontic research to guide its techniques, in a peaceful and modern environment.

In fact, some of our staff are either past or current patients themselves, and they not only have an understanding of the mechanics of orthodontics but also the emotional aspect to starting treatment.

When you first walk into our practice you will be greeted by our treatment coordinator and we will explain everything we do before beginning. Dr Galbraith will then perform an examination and take images of your teeth to record the future progress of treatment.

Or can improve the situation sufficiently to simplify orthodontic treatment later when the child is in their teenage years. Why 7 years old? This is because the first adult molars usually erupt at this age and the bite of the back teeth is established.
