Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy services focus on holistic treatment of musculoskeletal conditions through hands-on techniques including massage, spinal manipulation, and dry needling. We address issues like neck and back pain, headaches, and sports injuries, combining treatment with exercise prescription to restore function and reduce pain. Tailored to individual needs, our approach promotes long-term health and mobility.
Injury Rehabilitation
Personalised injury rehabilitation programs integrate osteopathic treatment and evidence-based exercise to accelerate recovery from acute or chronic injuries. We develop customised plans for conditions like muscle strains, joint pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation, focusing on restoring mobility, strength, and preventing recurrence through progressive therapeutic exercises.
Running Gait Analysis
Using state-of-the-art video technology, we analyse running mechanics to identify movement inefficiencies causing pain or injury risk. This assessment informs targeted interventions such as biomechanical corrections, footwear advice, and strength training programs to improve running efficiency and prevent repetitive strain injuries in athletes of all levels.
Movement Classes
Back to Movement classes combine stretching, core strengthening, and joint mobility exercises to enhance functional movement patterns. Designed for all fitness levels, these sessions address muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, and reduce pain through guided group activities focused on low back, hip, and shoulder health.
Dry Needling
Dry needling therapy targets muscular trigger points to alleviate pain and improve mobility for conditions like plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and chronic back pain. Integrated with manual therapy, this technique stimulates healing responses in soft tissues, reducing inflammation and restoring normal muscle function through precise needle insertion.

Report
Pat was a great help, very supportive and highly professional in assisting me with a tight ITB (iliotibial band) that was limiting my leg power when playing AFL. He was able to manipulate and provide exercises to release the band so I could get back on the park and play freely. He really know his stuff, based on being an athlete and keen exerciser.
