No Further Stay Condition Waiver

If you are granted a visa with an 8503-condition attached, you are not permitted to apply for another visa other than a Protection visa to extend your stay in Australia without first departing. The condition, known as the 'No Further Stay' condition, can be imposed on a range of temporary visas. Although difficult, it is possible to waive a 'No Further Stay' condition.

Schedule 3 criteria is an additional criteria which may apply to a visa application lodged by an applicant in Australia who does not hold a substantive visa. This criteria attempt to balance the policy objectives os discourtaging people from remaining in Australia beyoind the duration of their initial substantive visa, while accomadating compelling and compassionate circumstances.
Visa Rejection

If your visa is rejected or cancelled, you might be able to have the decision reviewed by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT). Not all decisions are reviewable by the AAT.
