Joe and his whole staff are amazing. My husband and I walked in back in 2018 in hopes to customize my engagement ring. We spoke with a woman who highly complimented them, saying she lives out of state and whenever she is in the area returns to them. Once we met with Joe for the first time I knew we would forever use Argyle Jewelers. Joe made us feel so comfortable, like family. They did a phenomenal job creating my engagement ring. We purchased my wedding band with them and after a complication with the band they generously went above and beyond to meet my needs. I have returned countless of times

Wow!!! The nastiest sales member works there. Went in for simple repair and was nasty from hello. I work in jewelry for 20 years and would never hire that lady. Good luck shopping there

I had them replace a watch battery. They broke the watch. Rather than offering to repair the damage they suggested I buy a new watch or pay them to repair it-at minimum $100.00
I took it to a reputable jeweler who confirmed that whoever changed the battery damaged the watch
Ill stay away from this store in the future!
