Save on servicing your split system before the hot weather hits with our pre-summer split system service specials. If your heating or air conditioning system has air flow issues your ducting may be at fault. We are offering a duct inspection for $66 if booked in at the same time as a Gas Ducted Heater or Evaporative Cooler service.

Evaporative cooling consists of a central cooling unit connected to a series of outlets throughout your property. The cooling unit draws fresh air through moistened pads. As it passes through these pads the air is cooled and filtered before flowing through the ductwork and into your rooms - just like a refreshing sea breeze.

A central heating unit located outdoors or within the ceiling space supplies warm air to ceiling or floor outlets via a network of flexible ducting to efficiently warm all rooms in your home or business. The system can be zoned to enable flexibility of use and ensure maximum energy efficiency. Systems can be programmed.

Fairbairns Heating & Cooling aims to be a one stop shop looking after all your heating and cooling needs including something as small as repairing a thermostat wire that may have been damaged by rodents. Please call our friendly office staff for the latest rates. Regular servicing of Evaporative Coolers is recommended as efficiency and performance can be lost if deposits of windblown dirt & pollen are allowed to clog up the system.
