The most thorough eye examinations. The Optometrist certainly knows what he is talking about. Large range of frames and sunglasses to choose from. Great service & staff are multi-lingual too!

My experience with this business is two pronged- the optometrists themselves are very good at their jobs, thorough and educate you on needed issues related to your eyes. I recommend them. The reason for the very low star rating relates to my experience with the very poor customer service in the shop and with getting your glasses made up accurately. I returned to this shop for new glasses without knowing there was a change in management since I was last there two years before. This shop used to be incredible. Ive been coming here for years. Very impressed by Henry & Kates professionalism, and they always do a very thorough eye exam. The sales staff are friendly and enthusiastic to help. Excellent range of glasses and sunnies. Highly recommend!!

Always judge a company by how they handle things when they go wrong, not when they go right. Prescription sunglasses, over $600, found frame around Iens had mysteriously snapped. No drops, no impacts. I'd only worn them about 5 times. Proview said warranty will cover it. Mailed them in. Then was toId this sort of plastic can't be repaired. Then told they couldn't be replaced as Tag Heuer no longer do sunglases in Australia. So we started searching for frames that could accept the same prescription lenses they created. I was shocked to hear them quote the full prices of other frames because

I had purchased three pair of expensive glasses at the city store over the years and had great shopping experiences. But when I stepped in this store in chatswood, the staffs were not approachable and had a terrible manner towards their customers. I requested a eye sight check before purchase the new pair and they starting to let me fill out customer details knowing I am a return customer of city store. I told them I have a medical condition of my eyes they started to ask for a reference letter. Who would bring these everyday with them! They then let me to wait 2 hours to get the eye check, whereas
