This is our 50min Athletic Lite class with an extended 15min yoga inspired flow to finish on the Mat next to your reformer. You'll stretch out any sore and tired muscles plus get a chance to connect and check back in with yourself.

We're upping the ante after lockdown and challenging you to extra reps, extra lunges, curls, rows, squats, presses and extensions than ever before. We've workshopped our best moves, dug into the crates for the hottest slow jamz and given our trainers the go ahead to sprinkle a little extra hot sauce on their class plans.
Studio Locations

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the class allowing previous clients to exit the studio. For your peace of mind, we are providing a spay disinfectant and wipes so you can clean your own reformer. Stay away from the studio if you have symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has.
