In 2015 we paired back our interests and have taken on a beautiful Newcastle icon - The Crown and Anchor Hotel. We are now focusing the space as function venue. Whether you are looking for a beautiful venue for a wedding or need a room for a conference or family gathering - Sprout Dining is the ideal space right in the heart of Newcastle CBD.

At Sprout Kitchen we offer a fresh, seasonal menu and seriously good coffee. Sit down and relax while you can watch our busy chefs in the open kitchen create delicious homemade food. You can find our weekly changing menu on our instagram @sproutkitchencatering. We're offering breakfast from 7.30am and lunches from 11.45am, delicious gelato, fresh juice & coffees Monday to Friday until 4pm.
