We have a wide variety of Spit Roast menus to suit every budget. Choose from our main meal only menus or our Celebration packages. All our spit roast menus can be matched with our platters, hot fingerfood and dessert menus. Our Silver Label Spit Roast menu includes your choice from a range of succulent spit roasted meats, served alongside your choice of Silver Label fresh salads and/or hot vegetables.
Weddings

You can choose to use our Gold or Silver Wedding menus or alternatively we can customise a menu to suit your needs. From formal to informal, small gatherings or large gatherings. From entrees, hot or cold, to main meals, desserts and tea and coffee. We will make sure everything is perfect, just for you.
Platters
Report
Choose one of our delicious platters as an appetiser for your guests. They are perfect for pre dinner drinks and nibbles. All platters are freshly prepared on site by our trained staff and presented to your guests on trays. Traditional Platter - Our traditional platter is a real favourite, consisting of cheese, cabanossi, sweet onions, marinated gherkins, homestyle dips and crackers.

Unlike some other spit roast caterers, our meats are always cooked from their raw state, onsite at your venue. No pre preparation is done beforehand. We are able to cook onsite at any venue, whether it is a function at a private home, hall or function venue. Although the use of a kitchen is desirable, it is not necessary as we supply all the cooking equipment that our staff will need.
