Supportive and transformative classes. When sending my first deposit I didn't 100% know what I should be expecting, which really was the joy of the whole experience. I grew within my self and pushed my body to crack new boundaries. I've made lifelong friends and will be forever grateful for this experience.

I worked for Helen for nearly 16 months and found this studio amazing for a more higher intensity Pilates workout which I love. Helen's interest and experience in dance, fitness and human movement began at the age of five while she was receiving classical training at John and Bernadette Taylor's Ballet School. Helen's passion for dance and interest in a broader range of styles continued through her school years.

After leaving school, while pursuing her personal fitness goals, Helen completed a Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Edith Cowan University, which lead her to work as a Business Development Manager for a large corporate travel company.In 2015 she decided to follow her heart and commenced her Stott Pilates training after several years of personal Pilates practice.

All of our reformer classes have been specifically structured to build your core strength illuminating any present lower back pain along with re-aligning your body to move in its correct way. We focus on toning, lengthening your spine, increasing flexibility and building your athletic endurance and stamina.

Think ankle weights, hand weights and ab work! Tone up and Shape up in this 45 minute high intensity class! We transform our Reformer machines into mats and focus on matwork principles whilst adding in our props to lift your heartrate and burn calories! This is a full body toning workout that will leave you feeling stronger, leaner, more toned and your booty will be burning!

What is Pilates? Pilates is a series of exercises geared to help posture and alignment of the body. When done on a regular basis you will gain flexibility, muscle strength and endurance, joint mobility, core strength, body awareness, coordination and all over muscle tone. Pilates exercises lighten the load on your spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles and alleviate tension.
