A general consultation is often your first point of contact. During the consultations, our vets will take time to listen to your concerns about your pet and take a detailed medical history. When puppies, kittens are born they receive some natural protection against disease via their mother's milk. This protection is temporary and declines in the first few weeks of life, leaving them at risk of infection and disease.

They handled our emergency with our dog with great care. Could not fault the attention given to us and our boy. Thank you so much for looking after him so well.

Our puppy had a suspected allergic reaction. They were able to fit him in short notice.
The vets demeaner and knowledge reassured us greatly. Very appreciative of their responsiveness.

Took our old boy Zues down to the clinic for the first time. We saw Shalini. Shalini and her staff were really caring and helpful.
The cost for the consultation and procedure was very reasonable.
We will be back for sure. Very professional caring clinic. All the staff were lovely. Thank you.

Took my dog there for a teeth clean, they doubled their prices since last year because they need to pay for their new xray machine. Wasted $80 on a consultation to tell me that a teeth clean will cost between $650 and $1150. Theives

I left my 17 yo cat Bones in the hands of FTG Vet hospital - knowing full well she would not be happy at all during her 3 day stay. I knew she would not eat and sulk. They offered her different foods, washed the blanket that she soiled on the way there and offered her different foods during her stay to entice her to eat. Thank you for your efforts. Highly recommend.

Our previous long time vet provided us with little help so we had to look elsewhere, and so glad we did! The lovely lady behind the counter took my pet straight away seeing the distress she was in. i could not believe the care and support we were given straight away! I now realize how easy it is to get complacent with familiarity but i seriously recommend giving these guys a go. they truly are the best!

Took my dog here for a treatment only to find out from a contact there that they had been saying negative things about my dog and my care for him behind my back. Really unprofessional to be treated this way. If they genuinely cared they would have given me advice on how to better care for him rather than resorting negative gossip at my expense.

One of my German Shorthaired Pointers [GSPs] who has bad arthritis also ruptured her CCL. She was operated on by Dr Mark Boyhan last Thursday and returned home Friday. Now I have been taking my GSPs to this clinic for over 25 years. This is the first serious operation I have had to have had done and i am absolutely overjoyed. The staff at the clinic were genuinely concerned for Lenni (the GSP operated on), showed amazing care for her and Dr Mark has did a brilliant job on her. FIVE days after the op, her bandages are off and she is walking brilliantly. The sutured wound is clean, dry, no redness
