Lauren was my psychologist over the course of 7 months in 2021. During this time Lauren helped me overcome crippling burnout. I have now returned to work and have plans to move abroad next month! Overall Lauren maintained a friendly and compassionate demeanor. She masterfully employed CBT to help me reframe negative thoughts, exercise sustainable boundaries, and recommended to my GP that I hop on antidepressants. This proved to be an effective treatment strategy. In terms of RewireMe Alexandria, the clinic is vibrant with lots of natural sunlight. Therapy sessions are done in private rooms with

I too have only seen Lauren a few times, but after looking for a therapist on and off for a decade, I feel so utterly relieved to have found Lauren. She is warm, funny, very professional while also feeling personable, and generous. On top of her skills and qualifications she is just a great person and clearly gifted at what she does. I dont feel remotely self conscious or judged, shes the real deal. The practise is also beautiful and comfortable, they are very hospitable. Such a safe a happy space! Thanks Lauren and thanks Rewire Me. So happy to have landed here. x

Amazing experience from start to finish (except I see this as a long term thing so it hasnt actually finished ha ha). Perfect balance between professionalism and meeting me on a personal level. Thank you for being that non-judgemental ear to listen and for helping guide my thoughts about myself and the world around me to a better place!! #RewireMe4Life

A wonderful practice and highly experienced team of professionals who understand life can go through many ups and downs. Do not hesitate to reach out if you need a safe space to talk. You dont have to be living with severe mental or physical illness to benefit from seeing a psychologist. But also if you are experiencing ill health, you will be in great hands at Rewire Me. Give yourself the gift of being held and heard in a safe space to talk about anything you may be experiencing in these stressful times. You deserve it.
