Had the unfortunate displeasure of having Aizer manage our insurance claim from the Halloween Hail Storm of 2020.
They didn't communicate with us at all. It was the builder who kept us up to date the whole time (contracted builder from another company). Every now and then we would get an email from the claims adjuster with incorrect claims from Aizer such as stating that works were complete or items had been delivered when they hadn't.
You hear stories of dodgy companies when it comes to insurance claims but Aizer takes cake. They claimed that the storm didn't damage my shed when there is a hole

RACQ home assistance seem to use this organisation. No dramas with RACQ or the tradesman sent to fix things up for us. There was quote to be supplied that had to be followed up several times. Their call centre is difficult to understand and manner in which they conduct themselves is less than good. They get 2 stars because tradesman that called was great - follow up with call centre deserved a negative star review..

We had made a claim through insurance company RACQ as we had a pipe burst in our ceiling causing somewhat damage throughout.
RACQ themselves were very helpful throughout this process, as they had told us that the Aizer Group will be taking over from here once our excess had been paid..
Well all we can say is that it had all gone down hill from the beginning when they actually turned up here on our property!
Our blinds were damaged throughout the demolition and afterwards the cleaners that they had organised couldn't even clean up correctly (another long story), along with they had removed particular
