Principal Dentist
With over 40 years in dentistry, John established the Figtree Dental Practice in 1979 and co-founded Ambience Dental. He holds postgraduate diplomas in occlusion and implants and has served on the NSW Dental Council. John leads international dental missions to the Philippines.
John Saad
Principal Dentist
Dr Saad graduated from Sydney University in 1985 and pioneered the first IV sedation unit in the Illawarra. He specialises in dental implant rehabilitation and has performed over 1,500 IV sedation procedures. He also supports charitable dental initiatives.
Chantelle Chapman
Senior Dental Hygienist
Chantelle has over 15 years of experience in general and specialist dental settings. She focuses on gum disease management, preventive care, and treating anxious patients. Her approach combines clinical expertise with patient education to promote long-term oral health.

After finding out from another dentist I have to have a tooth removed (and i don't have private insurance) I have called around to get a general price from different dentists so I can make the most educated discussion possible before getting my tooth fixed and then getting hit with the bill afterwards. Well Ambience Dental were the only clinic that refused to give me a estimate upfront and seemed rather shady in the way they do their dealings to have to book you a consult before giving you any prices. I would understand a little if they weren't the only ones that do this but after about 6 calls
