Clean and tidy. Great service from the property manager. Internet @ 40mb. Convenient lift from lower carpark to level 2. Great 2 bedroom units for families with front load washer and dryer with full kitchen.

The unit was spacious, perfect size for the five of us. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff very kind and approachable. We arrived after hours and the keys were left in a safe box with clear instructions, no issues whatsoever. Great location as well. I would highly recommend.

Nola&Kev (onsite managers) are so lovely and accommodating to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean, spacious and situated within walking distance to cafes, bars,beaches and supermarkets. Excellent Customer service, I will highly recommend Ocean on Vista and I will be returning.

First of all this is not a 4 star- hotel. It is more like a apart-hotel.
Secondly, they will charge you $35 if you do not clean the rubbish bins and others $35 if you do not put the clean dishes away as well. Thankfully I read the signs and the piece of paper they give you at the beginning of our stay. They will also charge you for 'cleaning' purposes if you use the laundry which is inside the apartment.
So, I do not if I am wrong, but I do not know of any "4 star-hotel" who is going to charge you for not cleaning your rubbish, for not putting the dishes away and for using the laundry. In conclusion

Great location. Friendly staff and very comfy beds. All equipment was excellent Netflix huge TV a stone throw from the beach added bonus free undercover parking what more can you ask.

Excellent stay at this comfy apartment. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was perfect. Clean, tidy and a private balcony. Close to shops and the beach. Highly recommend this place . Would definitely return. Thank you Nola + Kevin. Wendy( TheVentmen Pty Ltd).

We booked and paid for a roof top spa room, apron arrival we were told our spa was not working! No discount was offered for this, our room stank because the ventilation was not working which the property managers knew about! The bbq on the rooftop was dirty and rusty, the Netflix stopped working, the ceiling fan didnt work and the glass dining table was cracked and had a sharp edge due to the damage and was dangerous. We left two days early because of all of these issues and again no refund was offered and when we asked for one we were refused and got a whole bunch of excuses! We will never
