The lobby is very nice, but our room was old and tired. Our room, 625, was frigid. Had a window unit air conditioner without proper insulation. Couldn't control the heat because it was an old radiator. Bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes. On a positive note, when we called the front desk, they sent someone up quickly to tape and put foam insulation around the air conditioner. Another call got us an extra blanket. We were comfortable for the night.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got into the city early in the day, and they were able to check us in at around 11:00 in the morning, which really made things easier.
Rooms are a good size for NYC and are very comfortable. There is some street noise, but not bad considering the location. The location is really good... close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and most theatres. Also only about 1-2 blocks from the subway.

Just finished a great stay in the Belvedere. Room and beds very comfortable. Had to ask for towels and cups, plates etc but they were up in no time. Asked for an electric kettle and was supplied. Gabriela at reception was so helpful and nothing was a problem. Would recommend.

Nice clean room for a good price. Great location. We were able to check in early which helped tremendously. Parking garage nearby. Only complaint would be window AC unit Very loud, had to turn on because even though very cold outside our room was very warm. Once room cooled off we were able to turn off and sleep comfortably.

We arrived to the hotel from an early flight and was received very welcomed from everyone. They gave us our room earlier than expected. The attention from the front desk and doormen were very courteous and from everyone on staff. They even gave us a free upgrade without asking for it. I even suggest scheduling with them your transportation back to the airport which made it much easier. Really recommend them. From the sunshine state to the big apple I will be back soon.

Great place. Only a couple blocks from Time Square and perfect location to all the Broadway shows. It's far enough away from Time Square that you get some peace and quiet. The staff was great, the rooms were great and look newly renovated. The water was hot and good water pressure. My only issue was the pillows were a little too firm for my taste but minor issue.
