Excellent! Really good service, the guys arrived early to install my air con, were polite, did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterwards. I think the room was cleaner than before they arrived. Definitely recommend.

We had 5 Daikin split system air-conditioners installed over 2 days into a 120yo converted warehouse building. The team of 4 did a great job in a calm, purposeful manner as they worked through the site challenges. It was a pleasure to see them work independently when necessary, and to back each other up with good teamwork. Gavin led the team admirably, knowing what was happening in all areas simultaneously and keeping us up to date with progress. Very happy with the end result

Loving our set of 3 new split systems from The Heat Shop (Yarraville). Very thorough in suggesting the best places to put them for our needs, in placing the outdoor units as appropriately and discreetly as possible. Very happy with the end result - and very warm at last!
