Our Process

Your installation will be co-ordinated to coincide with your availability and tracked to completion. You will be invoiced on completion of works and can pay by a number of options as listed on our 'Payment Options' page. You will be contacted to ensure your new system is operating to your expectations and to arrange any on going service requirements.

Most electric heaters create heat directly, using elements which heat up when an electric current passes through them. These direct element heaters include portable heaters, panel convection heaters and off peak storage heaters. Reverse cycle air conditioning extracts heat from the outside air, even on mid winter nights and transfers it inside.

Dimplex panel heaters use an exclusive metal filament element incorporating large airflow design resulting in a quick response action and a natural airflow resulting in quite operation.

System not heating - Could be defrosting in very low ambient temperatures, ensure temperature setting is around 23 degrees. System has flashing lights or fault code - Reset system by turning off power supply for ten minutes and restart.
