Upon receipt of your instructions and Contract and Section 32 from your agent we review the documents to ensure the Contract and Section 32 contain all of the necessary information. Our correspondence to you will outline any restrictive covenants, encumbrances or outstanding items to be attended to.
Selling
Report
As a vendor selling a property you must provide a Section 32 Statement (Vendor's Statement). We will prepare the Section 32 in accordance with your instructions and forward it promptly to your chosen Real Estate Agent. We can only prepare the Section 32 based upon the information you provide, therefore you need to ensure you disclose full details of the property, we will guide you through the requirements.
