A class style and level to suit ALL. PoP's class schedule has a huge variety of of 12 different Pilates class styles that you wont see elsewhere. From the All-in-Group reformer classes to the BuRN Baby or Intermediate Level classes to our specialised Mum's & Bub's group pilates classes- there really is something to suit everyone.

With 36 classes on the schedule, there is always time to fit Pilates into your life. Early morning starts for the early riser from 5:30am to the late finisher from 6:30pm and all the in between. Cant find a time?. Why not book a private session in for that one on one attention and the time that suits you!

PoP is now hiring out commercial quality Merrithew SPX Max & Brand new SPX Essential Reformers to use in your own home. In excellent condition, these reformers are the same as the ones at our studio. We deliver within a 10 km radius of Palm Beach. You must ensure you have suitable access to the building and room that you wish to keep the Reformer.
