Dr. Ghelani is the best!!! I'm in chronic pain 24 7, and I'm 34 n had rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years, so sometimes when I see him I'm not polite, but he listens and is nice, due to the pain sometimes I feel like snapping, but I don't because everyone is so nice there.... thanks Dr ghelani !!!

I absolutely love Dr. Ghelani and her staff. Most doctors offices have miserable front desk staff but this place is totally different. Ive never had a bad experience! All staff are always smiling and very very very welcoming! My husband and I both go here and plan to keep her as our family doctor when we move to Welland next month!

Dr. Nathoo is my primary care physician and he's wonderful! Helpful, always takes time to address my concerns and I never feel rushed. He's always open to trying new options and educating me on all my choices. The office staff is friendly and helpful. I don't care about the appearance of the clinic (it's quite dated inside), as the level of care is excellent.
