Since I moved here to Toowoomba, I've found it difficult to get a handle on my mental health and self destructive, self harming actions and how my actions when I'm quite not myself hurt others. After meeting with you, Rohan, you've given me something to hold onto and helped me lay the foundations to create a better quality of life and stability for myself. You're friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and you're very much what I was looking for in terms of my mental health needs. Thank you so much.
