Emma and the practice she has built at elsternwick acupuncture has played a key part in mine and my husbands fertility journey.
Emma created a safe, supportive and nurturing environment, providing acupuncture and TCM which I believe has played a successful role in us getting pregnant and through the first trimester (after recurring losses) complimented by our additional fertility treatment. I've had muscle spindles in my right trap for years which has made my neck still and affected my training. Thought I'd try something new along with cupping. After the first session I felt incredibly relaxed and sleepy however I haven't had issues in my trapezius muscle for months. Highly recommend if stressed or even just to treat yourself and provide yourself some self care.
