Your Trusted Osteopathy Clinic in Melbourne
The Osteo Collective was established to revolutionise osteopathic care in Melbourne through a collaborative, patient-centred approach. Founded in 2018 by Scott Toniazzo and Todd Stewart, our clinics in Malvern East and Cheltenham bring together osteopaths, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and remedial massage therapists to deliver holistic healthcare solutions. Our team prioritises evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs, addressing musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, postural issues, and chronic conditions. With a focus on long-term wellness, we integrate manual therapies, exercise prescription, and ergonomic advice to restore mobility and reduce discomfort.

Our practitioners hold advanced qualifications and accreditations, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards. By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, we provide comprehensive care that targets root causes rather than symptoms alone. Patients benefit from flexible appointment options, including telehealth consultations and extended weekday hours. Our commitment to continuous professional development ensures treatments remain at the forefront of musculoskeletal science. Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy at The Osteo Collective uses hands-on techniques to restore bodily function and alleviate pain. Our practitioners address musculoskeletal imbalances through holistic assessments that consider patients' lifestyles and physical demands. This approach effectively treats neck pain, back issues, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. Treatments combine soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and postural correction to improve mobility and prevent future problems. Each session incorporates patient education about self-management strategies and ergonomic adjustments for long-term benefits.
Exercise Physiology
Our accredited exercise physiologists design customised programs to manage chronic diseases and rehabilitate injuries. Services include strength training for musculoskeletal recovery, cardiovascular conditioning, and mobility improvement for neurological conditions. Sessions focus on correcting movement patterns that contribute to pain while building functional capacity. Group clinical exercise classes complement individual sessions, promoting social support and consistent progress towards health goals through structured, progressive programs.
Remedial Massage
Remedial massage targets specific muscular dysfunctions causing pain or restricted movement. Therapists employ deep tissue techniques, dry needling, and cupping to release chronic tension patterns. This service addresses desk-related pain, sports injuries, and postural strains by improving circulation and breaking down fibrous adhesions. Treatment plans often integrate ergonomic advice to prevent recurrence while enhancing overall muscular efficiency and joint mobility.
Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates programs develop core stability, improve posture, and enhance movement control under professional supervision. Sessions use reformer equipment and mat-based exercises to address individual rehabilitation needs. The service benefits post-natal recovery, chronic pain management, and sports performance enhancement through controlled, progressive resistance training that builds functional strength while minimising injury recurrence risks.
Telehealth Consultations
Telehealth services provide accessible healthcare through online consultations with osteopaths and exercise physiologists. These virtual appointments offer injury assessments, exercise prescription, and self-management guidance regardless of location. The service includes digital resources and video demonstrations to ensure effective home-based treatment while maintaining professional oversight of patients' progress and recovery timelines.

I've seen plenty of osteos, physios and sports doctors over the years but none of them were as good as Scott from The Osteo Collective in Malvern. He's extremely good at what he does and really cares about his work and his patients. Without him I wouldn't still be playing football into my 30s. Thanks again Scott!
